You may use AllRentalz only for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Scheduling deliveries and pickups
• Managing customers and vendors
• Creating estimates and invoices
• Tracking inventory and assets
• Managing employees and drivers
• Running reports and dashboards
• Using approved integrations
• Accessing AI-assisted productivity features

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

Illegal Activity

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Conduct fraudulent activities.
• Facilitate criminal activity.
• Launder money or evade sanctions.

Security Violations
You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
• Bypass authentication or security controls.
• Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Interfere with platform security.
• Introduce malware, ransomware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Launch denial-of-service or similar attacks.

Abuse of the Platform
You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the platform without written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to unauthorized third parties except under an approved reseller or partner agreement.
• Circumvent licensing, subscription, or usage limits

Customer Data
You may not:

• Attempt to access another customer's data.
• Interfere with another customer's operations.
• Misuse confidential information.
• Upload information you do not have the legal right to use.

Communications
You may not use AllRentalz to:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Distribute phishing messages.
• Send malicious links or attachments.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Impersonate another person or organization.

Content
You may not upload or distribute content that:

• Is illegal.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware.
• Promotes violence or criminal activity.
• Is knowingly false in a way that causes harm.
• Violates the privacy rights of others.

5. Fair Use of Resources

To ensure reliable service for all customers, users must not intentionally consume excessive computing resources in a manner that negatively affects platform performance or availability for others.
If unusually high usage is identified, Topcone may work with the customer to determine an appropriate solution, which may include optimization, a different subscription plan, or temporary usage limits.

6. Artificial Intelligence Features

AI-assisted features are provided to improve productivity.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated suggestions, reports, or outputs before relying on them for business decisions. Customers may not use AI features to:

• Generate unlawful content.
• Attempt to bypass security controls.
• Extract confidential information from other customers.
• Abuse system resources.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to connect third-party services to AllRentalz.
Use of third-party services remains subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

8. Account Security

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining secure passwords.
• Protecting login credentials.
• Managing employee access.
• Promptly removing access for former employees or contractors.
• Reporting suspected unauthorized access without unreasonable delay.

9. Compliance with Laws

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing their businesses, including those relating to:

• Rental operations
• Taxes
• Employment
• Transportation
• Waste disposal
• Environmental regulations
• Consumer protection
• Electronic communications
• Privacy and data protection

The Services are designed to assist with business operations but do not provide legal or regulatory compliance advice.

10. Monitoring and Enforcement

Topcone may investigate activity that reasonably appears to violate this Policy or threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Services. Where appropriate, Topcone may:

• Issue a warning.
• Request corrective action.
• Temporarily restrict access.
• Suspend an account.
• Terminate an account.
• Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law

Whenever reasonably possible, Topcone will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a violation before suspension or termination.

12. Changes to this Policy

Topcone may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.
